I have known Mr. Procter since 1976 when he first arrived in Costa Rica. I first met Mr. Procter when he was managing Macadamia farms in the Atlantic zone and I was working in the legal department for CINDE, a Costa Rican subsidized company for foreign investment. At that time Jim showed he was very knowledgeable in the laws of Costa Ricaand had the ability to work hands on with the labor force in Cost Rica.
